FAQs for TOTEM LAKE Rehab & Performance

  • When it comes to returning to a specific sport seeing an outpatient physical therapist is critical to returning to play and meeting your goals. The difficulty that many athletes face is mimicking real sports movements as you approach the end of rehab and returning to the field, diamond, court, ice, or pitch. This is the void that LWPT Totem Lake Rehab and Performance fills. We see many clients from start to finish but others may begin and complete most of their clinic rehab but not be quite ready for return to play with a competitive team. This is where Heidi and Jordan and their experience will help you confidently and safely get back to your sport. The 70,000 square foot facility conveniently located in Totem Lake just off 405 gives us a premiere facility on the Eastside.

  • A visit will be less of an office atmosphere and more of a performance facility. When in the common area it will be active, many times loud, and sometimes crowded with baseball, soccer, lacrosse, and other athletes.

  • There will be many similarities to a normal clinic visit including evaluation, range of motion measurements, muscle testing, and functional testing. Where things begin to differ is you can throw, kick, and run and completely mimimic your sports inherent skills.
