LWPT Kenmore

Carly is a Seattle native and attended University of Washington for both her undergraduate education and for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduating in 2012, Carly enrolled in an Orthopedic Clinical Residency program which furthered her clinical expertise in the field of rehabilitation. She became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2015.

Carly loves the outdoors; as an avid runner and skier, she enjoys working with patients of all types and experiences from the weekend warrior to the well-trained athlete. She loves working with patients who have knee issues, having experienced several herself! She specializes in sport & spine rehabilitation including manual therapy, stabilization and body mechanics training, therapeutic exercise, and return to recreational and vocational activities. She believes strongly in the team approach to rehab and understands the importance of a whole-patient focus when recovering from an injury or problem.

Carly is a certified running coach through UESCA and owns Side Hustle Running, offering individual and group run coaching. She tailors each person's training to their specific goals and abilities and does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Injury prevention and helping injured runners get back on their feet is her passion! When she is not in the clinic, Carly is raising her young children with her husband, travelling to the Methow Valley to visit family and enjoy the outdoors, or competing in distance running events - especially half marathons.
