Amanda grew up in Silverdale, WA, where she spent her time playing a variety of sports, including soccer, volleyball, track and field, swimming, and skiing. She also worked as a lifeguard and fitness instructor at the local gym, which sparked her love for sports and fitness, eventually leading her to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
She attended Gonzaga University in 2016, where she had the opportunity to assist with PT rehab for the school’s Division I athletes during an internship. After graduating in 2020, she took a year off and worked as a Physical Therapy Aide in her hometown, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of patients and clinicians.
In 2021, Amanda went on to South College in Knoxville, TN, to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. During that time, she completed clinical internships in Silverdale, WA, Denver, CO, and Chicago, IL, before graduating in 2023. She then spent a year working as an outpatient Physical Therapist in downtown Chicago and earned her Level 1 Functional Dry Needling Certification. Soon after, Amanda moved back to Seattle, excited to return to the PNW and continue her career with the Lake Washington Team.
Amanda specializes in orthopedic conditions and has a passion for working with athletes of all levels—from weekend warriors to competitive professionals. She takes a fitness-forward approach to therapy and believes rehabilitation is not just about solving pain and healing injuries but also about enhancing overall physical function to prevent future issues. She is dedicated to empowering her patients to exceed their goals, regain confidence, and reach their peak performance. Amanda tailors each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of her patients, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to reach their full potential, both in sports and everyday life.
In addition to her PT career, Amanda has been a professional photographer since 2016, focusing on weddings since 2019. She enjoys capturing genuine moments that reflect her clients' connections. Her personable approach helps build strong relationships, ensuring each couple’s authenticity and love story are captured in candid, timeless, and romantic imagery.
When she’s not at the clinic or behind the camera, Amanda loves spending time with her family, friends, and husband. She enjoys discovering new places, whether exploring local trails
