Sarah grew up in Colorado and moved to Seattle in 2017. Beginning in college, she was exposed to physical therapy while working at an outpatient clinic and personally attending therapy after an ACL tear while skiing. After studying biology and graduating with honors from the University of Colorado, Sarah moved to New England. She lived in Maine and Connecticut for several years, exploring what the east coast had to offer. Sarah has always been active, playing basketball, volleyball, softball, running, downhill skiing and hiking. In the last few years she has dabbled with cross country skiing and cycling, loving the West Seattle hills!
Sarah graduated from the University of Washington in 2020 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She continues her education by taking classes through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist through American Musculoskeletal Institute (AMSI).
Sarah enjoys working with people of all ages and injury status including but not limited to pre and post-operative care, post-chemotherapy/radiation deconditioning and balance deficits, orthopedic and sport related injuries, and neurologic/dizziness conditions. She is a goal driven individual who focuses individual patient care and ensuring personal attention in a comfortable, supportive and friendly atmosphere
Sarah’s passion is returning people back to the activities they love and believes in whole body wellness. In her free time Sarah enjoys all things outside, exploring the PNW with her husband, running, skiing, backpacking, biking, traveling and cooking.
